Digital-only products

Old Pueblo Creations provides creative services and digital files only. We do not manufacture, print or ship physical products. Printing quality, materials, color reproduction, delivery and customer service provided by an outside printer are the responsibility of that printer and the customer.

Project requests and quotes

Website estimates are not final prices or acceptance of an order. Work begins only after scope, price, payment and timing are confirmed.

Photo rights

Customers represent that they own submitted photographs or have permission to use them. Requests involving protected logos, characters or other third-party rights may be declined or modified.

Revisions

The number of included revisions is stated in the final quote. Additional revisions or changed instructions may require additional fees.

Outside printing services

Customers who choose to print their digital files work directly with their selected printer. Old Pueblo Creations is not responsible for an outside printer’s materials, color reproduction, cropping, production, shipping or customer service.

Personal-use license

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed artwork is licensed for the customer’s personal, noncommercial use.
