Privacy policy

Customer information and uploaded photographs are collected to review, quote and complete requested projects. They are not sold.

Uploads

Photos are uploaded through the Old Pueblo Creations website and transferred to a private Dropbox App Folder used for active projects. Temporary server copies are deleted after transfer. Customers should not upload highly sensitive documents. Project files are retained only as reasonably necessary for quoting, production, support, correction requests and legal obligations.

Digital delivery

Old Pueblo Creations does not print or ship digital file packages. Customers choose and work directly with their preferred printing provider.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser and device type, scrolling, outbound link clicks and form interactions. Google processes this information on our behalf. We use analytics to evaluate website performance and improve our services and marketing. We do not use Google Analytics to collect the contents entered into forms or to sell personal information. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Form security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse when forms are submitted. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to provide this security service. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
