Frequently asked questions
Helpful answers before you begin.
How does ordering work?
Submit the guided project request. We review the files, confirm the scope and send a final quote before payment or creative work begins.
Do you print or ship physical products?
No. Old Pueblo Creations is digital-only. You receive high-resolution, print-ready files and choose the printing provider you prefer.
How will I receive my finished keepsake?
Your finished keepsake is delivered electronically as an organized package of high-resolution files prepared for the intended use or selected print size.
How many photos can I upload?
Upload limits depend on the creation you choose: Comic Page and Coloring Page allow up to one photo per page ordered, with a maximum of 50 photos; Comic Book allows up to 30; Coloring Book and Storybook allow up to 50; and Personalized Calendar allows up to 12. JPG, PNG and WebP images are accepted, up to 10 MB each and 250 MB total per project.
What photo formats are accepted?
JPG, PNG and WebP files are accepted. Clear original files normally produce the best results.
Can you add a speech bubble?
Yes. A blank bubble starts at $2 and a bubble containing customer-provided wording starts at $4.
Will the online estimate be my final price?
Not always. It is a starting estimate. Page count, requested print size, taxes and complex artwork are confirmed in a written quote.
Do I need rights to the photos?
Yes. You must own the photographs or have permission to use them.
Can you use team or brand logos?
Projects are reviewed individually. Logos, characters and other protected material may need to be removed or replaced.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on complexity, photo quality, requested print size and revisions. A schedule is confirmed before payment.
